Subject: The Dress Studio Opening Weekend – official invitation!
Hi Galaxy Girls,
I hope that you are all well…. I think it’s just 7 weeks to go! Eek! We can’t wait to see you all at the final.
As you know, we are opening a specialist pageant boutique in Warrington , Cheshire . Our opening weekend will be on January 21st and 22nd, we will be open both Saturday and Sunday from 9.30am until 5pm.
As official Galaxy Girls, we would LOVE for you to come and be a part of it! For the opening weekend, you can come down to the boutique at any time; we will be taking official photographs throughout the whole weekend! We will (of course!) have drinks and nibbles for you to enjoy whilst visiting the store. Our store has a huge collection of dresses, with outfits that are perfect for the opening number, fashion-wear and evening-wear in Galaxy. It will be great for you to come and get some ideas for the grand finals in March! This will also count as one of your appearances!
To give you a bit of background behind the boutique… I actually used to compete in pageants myself and I used to struggle finding dresses. One year, I actually travelled across the whole of the north-west trying to find something that would work (I was not even being fussy!) – the problem is that most stores tend to have one or two long dresses and then that’s it! It drove me mad!! I competed in America for several contests and whilst I was there, the girls would talk about ‘pageant shops’ – I listened in amazement about these shops filled with dresses perfect competitions, with feathers, sequins … everything I had been looking for. So, years later, I am pleased to announce that we are opening the first pageant specialist boutique in England . I know how much easier it will make it for everyone who is looking for a dress for a pageant, and of course, we also have outfits perfect for proms and parties. I am so excited for you to see all of the dresses and I know there is something there for all of you!
If you can make it to the store on the opening weekend, it would be fantastic but do not worry if you already have plans – we will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday so you can visit us to suit you!
